Have you ever used your wildest imagination to design a Risk™ or Monopoly™ -like board game as a school project when you were a kid? Wasn't that one of the coolest school assignment you had ever done? Didn't you wish could do a few more? Board game design allows us to explore some of the best virtues in ourselves: The willingness to share and bring joy to others, the opportunity to let our imagination runs wild, and the sharpening of our thinking minds.For some of us here at StoneClash Project, what started as a school project to develop an intelligent WeiQi (Go) computer player turned into a life long hobby in playing different kinds of board games and studying algorithms in game theory. It is, in our humble opinions, only natural for us to embrace our interests and to expand our efforts to include like minded people to foster a fun environment for intelligent game design and development of intelligent game agents.
